The team first studied entrances, teaching buildings, public spaces and existing facilities, then confirmed device positions, network capacity, storage, permissions and management arrangements — keeping product selection grounded in site reality.

The solution brought front-end devices, video transmission, the management platform and related systems into one architecture, allowing campus managers to view events and device status by role.
